Hi, I’m Birdie - a sweet, slightly round girl looking for a cozy perch to call my own.

I’ll be honest with you: I prefer the company of people far more than other cats. Other felines? No thank you.

But humans? I adore them. Give me a gentle hand, a soft voice, a comfy couch and I’m yours. I’m a bit of a loner in the feline world, but with people I’m affectionate, easygoing and always ready for attention

I’m carrying a little extra fluff (it’s part of my charm!) but in a loving home with someone who’ll help me get healthy, I know I’ll thrive. All I want is a place where I can feel safe, loved and appreciated for exactly who I am.

If you’re looking for a people-loving companion who prefers a quiet home without other cats, I think we might be a perfect match. I can’t wait to meet you.

If you believe Birdie would be a great fit for you, please submit an application form via email at adoptions@tdhs.ca.

Applications can be found here. For more information, contact us at 705-264-1816 during business hours.
