Hi, I’m Magpie. I’m 8 years old and I’ve never known life without Fenix. He’s been my steady presence since the very beginning.

I’m a little more shy than he is. New places make me pause. New sounds make me observe. But give me a little time and you’ll see the soft, loving girl underneath.

Fenix helps me feel brave. I look to him when I’m unsure. We have our rhythm, our quiet companionship that only comes from years of shared life. The idea of being without him is something I don’t understand. We are a pair. A package. A lifelong friendship.

We know finding a home together at our ages might not be the easiest ask, but we also know the right heart is out there. A calm home. A patient home. A loving home where two devoted souls can stay side by side.

If you choose us, you won’t just be adopting cats. You’ll be preserving a bond. And we’ll repay you with gentle purrs, quiet companionship and a love that only deepens with time.

If you believe Magpie would be a great fit for you, please submit an application form via email at adoptions@tdhs.ca.

Applications can be found here. For more information, contact us at 705-264-1816 during business hours.
