Hi, I’m Mila  and before you ask - no, I did not get the memo about tortoiseshell cats being full of attitude.

You may have heard the rumours: torties are spicy, sassy and rule with an iron paw. Well, I hate to disappoint the stereotype lovers, but I’m actually just ridiculously affectionate.

I love people. Like, really love people. I’m the kind of girl who wants to be where you are, helping with whatever you’re doing and making sure you never go too long without giving me a little attention. Pets? Yes. Snuggles? Absolutely. Quality time? That’s my specialty.

And my friendliness doesn’t stop with humans. I get along great with other cats too! I’m happy to share my space and make friends, proving once again that I’m here to break all the expectations.

If you’ve been looking for a cat who is equal parts beautiful, loving and impossible not to adore, I think we might be the perfect match.

If you believe Mila would be a great fit for you, please submit an application form via email at adoptions@tdhs.ca.

Applications can be found here. For more information, contact us at 705-264-1816 during business hours.
