Hi, I’m Mai,  a gentle little sweetheart with a soft heart and a hopeful soul. I came in as a stray and was never claimed, but I’ve been busy making up for lost time by showing everyone here just how loving I really am.

I can be a bit shy at first, but only just at first. Once I feel safe, my sweetness shines. I adore affection, lean in for pets and I’m always ready with a gentle tail wag for the people I trust. I’ve got great energy too! I love to play and explore, and I’m discovering how

 fun the world can be.

I do well around dogs and really want to play, but I’m still working on my confidence - a patient buddy or a kind human willing to help me learn would be perfect.

If you’re looking for a soft, sweet girl who just needs a little encouragement to blossom into her best self, I’m right here. I can’t wait to find the person who will help me grow, love me fully and finally give me the safe, happy home I’ve been dreaming of.

If you believe Mai would be a great fit  for you, please submit an application form via email at adoptions@tdhs.ca.

Applications can be found here. For more information, contact us at 705-264-1816 during business hours.
