Hey there, I’m Midas.

If you walk past my kennel, you might not notice me much—I don’t make a lot of noise or fuss. Truth is, this isn’t really my scene. All the hustle and bustle of the shelter isn’t my style.

But let me tell you, outside of these walls, I’m a totally different dog. I’m an older guy, so I’ve left my wild puppy days behind. I prefer the simple things in life—nice walks, a comfy spot to nap, and someone to share it all with. I’m not one for a lot of drama, and I don’t seem to mind other dogs.

I’m waiting patiently for someone to see past my quiet persona and into my heart. Could that someone be you? If you’re looking for a laid-back, loyal companion who doesn’t ask for much—just a forever home filled with love—then I’d love to meet you.
