Bonjour, my name is Tipsy—and let me tell you, I’ve come

 a long way.

I may be missing an eye, but I haven’t let that slow me down one bit. In true dog fashion, I’ve adapted like a champ. I’m sweet, gentle, and obedient, and once I trust you, I’ll be your most loyal girl. I just need a little time and patience to feel safe—especially around men. I’m a total girl’s girl, so ladies, I’ll bond with you quickly. Gentle fellas, don’t worry—I’ll get there with you too, you’ll just have to put in a little extra effort to win my heart.

I do really well with cats and I’m fantastic off leash—what can I say, I like to stick close to my people. I’d thrive in a home with a confident dog friend to show me the ropes and help me feel secure.

My first language is French (bonjour, assis, dehors!) but I’m learning English more and more every day. I’m well on my way to becoming a bilingual bestie!

If you’ve got the love, patience, and a comfy spot on the couch, I’m ready to meet you. Let’s write our next chapter together!
