Great news — our phone system upgrade is officially done!

Our main number 705-264-1816 is back online and working normally again.

You'll notice something new when you call: we now have an auto attendant menu to help direct you to the right place. You’ll hear a short greeting followed by a few options — things like adoption inquiries, lost or stray animals, spay/neuter questions, emergencies, and more.

It should help get you to the right person a little quicker.
