Hello there, I'm Ninja.  I've lived a life that has left a few

marks behind.

When I first arrived at the shelter, it was clear that I'd seen some things out on the streets. I came with battle wounds and a body that told a story of survival. But even then, I understood something important - I understood that the people here were trying to help me.

My wounds have healed now and while there are still a few physical reminders of my past, they don't define me. They're simply part of my story. I'm not focused on where I've been, I'm focused on where I'm going.

These days, I'm looking toward a future filled with soft beds, full bowls, gentle hands and a family to call my own. I have so much love left to give and I'd like nothing more than to spend my days being someone's cherished companion instead of worrying about what tomorrow might bring.

I've survived the hard chapters. Now I'm ready for the happy ending. Could that happy ending be with you?
