Pet Valu Timmins & KONG Raise Over $21K for TDHS Animals < Back Pet Value & KONG THANK YOU, PET VALU TIMMINS AND KONG! We are absolutely blown away by the generosity and dedication shown by our friends at Pet Valu Timmins during the month of June! Thanks to their incredible fundraising efforts — and the kindness of our amazing community — an unbelievable $19,454.99 was raised for the animals in our care, along with $2,080 worth of donated goods! And let’s not forget the mountain of toys generously donated by KONG — just ask Gunther, who was more than happy to pose and “inspect” them all. Generosity in Full Bloom: Otis Grateful for $1,000 Donation from Northern Ontario Handmade < Back Maija Hogget & Lynn Clement Otis accepts a $1,000 donation from Maija Hogget and Lynn Clement of Northern Ontario Handmade. The group holds markets twice a year selling handmade goods. After each show the group gives back to an organization in the community. This is the second time TDHS has been chosen, having received the very first donation when the group started out. Community Kids Step Up with Thoughtful $35 Contribution < Back Xavier & Sienna Shoutout to Xavier and Sienna for their sweet and generous hearts! 💛🍋 These two young animal lovers held a lemonade stand and raised $35 to help support the animals at the Timmins & District Humane Society. They stopped by this week to drop off their donation, and we couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you both for showing so much compassion and kindness—our furry friends are lucky to have you on their side! 🐾🐶🐱 $35

Community Holiday Fundraiser Exceeds Expectations, Raises Over $420 for TDHS < Back McKayla Sauve On behalf of the staff, animals and volunteers of TDHS, Gretchen accepts more than $420 from McKayla Sauve, who raised the money over the holidays. McKayla said she started with a $150 goal through a bottle drive, which then went up to $250, but by then people learned of her mission and simply started donating. All of us here at TDHS offer a huge thank you to McKayla and all those who supported her efforts! $420

At 17 years young, Runner proves that age is just a number, especially when there are cuddles and treats involved!
