This wonderful gift will help bring warmth, care and comfort to the animals spending the holidays with us while they wait for their forever homes. We were delighted to welcome Shellie Lacoste, Community Engagement Officer, to the shelter to present the donation to Chelsey Romain, Manager of Shelter Operations. Beat the Heat, Meet Your New Best Friend, and Support a Great Cause at Full Beard Brewing Last month Andromeda was lucky enough to meet her new forever family while at our first Barks & Brews event! Now you can beat the heat and maybe meet your new best friend! We'll be at Full Beard Brewing tomorrow from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. (as long as the heat isn't too much for the pups) so come on out, cool off, meet some amazing doggos and raise some money for a great cause!Yuki was more than happy to accept a donation of $832 from Eric Archibald on behalf of Glencore Canada's Kidd Operations Mine. End-of-Life & Cremation Services Compassionate End-of-Life Services for Beloved Pets at TDHS Losing a pet is a difficult and heartbreaking experience. Making the tough decision to provide end-of-life care for a beloved pet adds another layer of pain and sorrow. At TDHS, we offer both end-of-life and cremation services. While our mission is to save and help animals, we also recognize the importance of providing compassionate end-of-life care. This service is crucial not only for the humans saying goodbye to their cherished pets but also for the animals themselves. By offering these services at a reduced fee, we strive to ensure that no animal suffers when their time to leave us comes. Please note, end-of-life services are available by appointment only. We kindly ask that you call at least twenty-four hours in advance to schedule your desired date and time, helping us to accommodate your request without delay.
